Partnership based visa are issued by Immigration based on the relationship. You must be able to show us that you and your partner are living together in a genuine and stable relationship. 

Evidence of your relationship needs to show that:

• others recognise your relationship
• you make decisions and plans together
• you spend leisure time together, and
• you parent together, if you have children.
